Went on a Wednesday when the dealership was closed. Called the owner who came out to show me the car I was interested in. Drove more than 3 hrs just to see the car. The dealership and manager keeps the vehicles in pristine condition . Loved that almost all the vehicles are kept inside. The buying process and finalizing paper was easy, I was using cash to purchase the vehicle. I do not like to finance. So it may be a different experience if you have to finance and thinking a 650 credit score is good , but it isnt. Overall 5 Star service. And I was not forced or pressured to buy the warranty and in no way was it 3k.

If anybody here was going to put Car Tec to the test, it was me. I bought a car off an online listing from across the United States. My very first time car purchase experience all via internet/ phone and mail. No test driving. No inspections. All faith and lots of screenshots and reading! I’ve read the negative reviews, the positive reviews and finally made that first phone call which was intercepted by the Finance Manager, Anthony. And I was very well taken care of since that day. Best believe buying a car from New York and having it transported to Cali was one hell of a process. But it was well worth it. The experience was pleasant. Every question, every issue, every phone call was always addressed no matter what the time difference was. I’m happy to have chosen Car Tec Enterprise as my dealer. Superior in customer relations and I can’t live my life without leaving a great review after I just got a great deal!

I have read some of the reviews, and as they say, "you need to eat the chicken and spit out the bones" I am sure that there are many questions as far as some of the not so happy reviews. As far as I am concerned, Car Tec Enterprises acted responsibly and with no doubt honored an issue I had with a car that I purchased. The car was in excellent condition, just as they said. I would recommend this car dealer to anyone and I will go back and buy another car when I am ready. It is very hard to find an honest car dealer. 5 STAR DEALER
